"C'mere!" she commanded.I followed my brother's two and a half year old daughter Kimmy to the kitchen.
She pointed at the microwave.
"Push the button!" she insisted. So I pushed it.
As you might expect, the microwave door popped open.
Kimmy's whole face lit up.
She flung her arms out to her sides and yelled,
"TA DA!!!!!"Oh, the miracle of the modern kitchen appliance!

HA! too cute.
Oh man, wouldn't it be great to get that excited over a microwave?
Wonderful.
HA! That made me laugh :)
oh she is ADORABLE!
If only we all could get so much joy out of such a little moment!
So lucky we get to share the wonder.
My 2-year old loves the microwave too -- he likes to go, "Five! Fo! Thee! Two! One! BEEEEP!"
I miss the days when my little guys thought I was so magical. Nowawdays, they just think it's the toothfairy and santa who are really the shizz.
I'm also amazed by our modern technology! Like all I have to do is move this little stainless steel handle and water comes out!!!
WoW!!!
"TA DA!!!!!"
That is so cute.
Oh mah holy hell. What a cute little face.
Personally, I find it more exciting when the door pops open and there's hot food inside, but then again I suppose I've lost my sense of wonder.
Isn't it wonderful to see things through the eyes of a child again, though?
TA DA!!!!! It's an adorable post.
and she is to die for.......
Very cute.
Precious!!
Hugs!!
I have something for you over at my blog--please come get it when you can!!
I love the stage when kids are too curious. They get amazed over things that we have already taken for granted. My daughter was pretty amazed with the microwave too! She loved the fact that it can change the size of a popcorn bag. LOL
Love this joy and innocence.
Kids are awesome.
That is so cute! A priceless moment! It's amazing how kids can really make us appreciate even the littlest things. Everything holds magic for them. She looks so adorable in the photo too! Thanks for sharing this, really made me smile :)
