He is in the hospital.
My mom and her sister are there with my Granny at Ady's side.
He is sedated, comfortable they tell me.

My Ady passed away last night.
I will be away for awhile saying goodbye.

I am so sorry. My maternal grandfather swas VERY special to me, and as he was near the end, I made sure I drove the three hours each way to be with him, even if just for a few hours.

I miss him too. I'm sorry I won't be able to be at the funeral. My doctors tell me not to travel that far so close to my due date. But know that I am thinking of everyone and that I love you all.
Oh! My heart hurts for you. As you know I just went through the same thing with my grandmother. Call or write if you ever want to talk. It's been harder than I expected. Even though I know it's what she wanted and it's so good to know she's no longer in pain, I still can't believe she's gone. It's makes me tear up every time I think about it.
